Description 

Make the WMS getFeatureInfo use an HTML TEMPLATE to return the result (instead 
of plain text) when a TEMPLATE is set.

Would be cool: XML output... use the same template mechanism as for HTML but 
return text/xml MIME type.

That's been done around Feb. 2002 and documented in the WMS server howto.
