Description
In the msCopyMap function of mapcopy.c, the defresolution parameter is not copied. Discovered trying to use a mapserver source for mapcache when the mapfile had RESOLUTION and DEFRESOLUTION set. Resulted in a map with cartography that appeared to be scaled up from where it should be.
