QueryByIndex cant work

Description
From mapscript c# the queryByIndex layerObj method always return 0 results using postgis interface. Same call, with same parameters, works fine with mapserver 5.2.x and Mapserver 5.6.x.
PS. Thanks for the great work on mapserver, i wish i can contribute, but i'm not so good in c language..
