MS_NONSQUARE documentation is misleading

Description
In the MAPFILE-> MAP documentation, the CONFIG option MS_NONSQUARE is documented as follows:
MS_NONSQUARE [yes|no]
This CONFIG parameter can be used to allow non-square WMS requests.
This is misleading, as this config option has no effect for WMS.

Fixed for trunk and 6.0 in r13220. Also added information on the need for projection objects to make this work.
