Description
Label styles are not being considered in label collision tests. Only labels in classes with markers (e.g. annotation layers) use the associated marker bbox.
Support needs to be added for labels with styles.

I've fixed this in branch-6-0 (r12911) for labels that have text values. More work needs to be done for the case where 1) there is no label text and 2) it's an annotation layer. I'll leave the ticket open for that reason.
