Specify names for ERS temp files from WCS

Description
The GDAL/ERS driver creates two temp files (.ers and .aux.xml) with unpredictable filenames e.g. 4e67272e_19c_1.img.tmp.ers
We would like to use the FORMATOPTION "FILENAME=name" option to specify the base filename of these files, with the appropriate extension appended.
