Page http://mapserver.org/download.html should be reviewed. I have two suggestions:
- In Windows downloads section FWTools could be moved more down on the list with mention that new versions will probably not appear.
- Gisinternals http://www.gisinternals.com/sdk/ should be added to the Windows binaries list

Fixed some errors in 6.0 documentation that resulted from a version problem on my side (r12536).

Fixed for 6.0 and trunk documentation in r12535. How do you know that new versions of FWTools will not appear?
I thought I had read such a comment from FWTools mailing list. However, bu quick search I found that build scripts for Windows for FWTools 3 do not exist and that they would be hard to make.
