MapServer download at download.osgeo.org

Description
When I try to download "MapServer" by clicking the following link: http://download.osgeo.org/mapserver/mapserver-5.6.6.tar.gz in the download page : http://mapserver.org/download.html it says: "The connection has timed out. The server at download.osgeo.org is taking to long to respond."
It was already like that last weekend (2011/03/26 and 2011/03/27). How can "MapServer" be downloaded? I am sorry I am using this issue tracker to point out this (download) issue but there is no other way to contact you as far as I could figure it out... Thanks.

The download link you listed worked fine for me just now. I'd prefer to see you post questions like this to the -users or -dev lists. It will get seen by far more people, perhaps even some that can kick start the OSGEO servers (which I can't).
