Description
The driver SWF is depracated and should be removed from the mapserver source code (mapswf.c and the configure option)

the references to ming in configure.in have been commented out (not sure when).

removed reference to in *.c* and *.h* and windows makefile it in r11127. I did not remove it from configure.in
