Description
This was discussed on mapserver-dev in late Sept. or early Oct. in 2010. Seemed to be a popular idea. This could do things like:
- install the CGI
- install the helper apps (e.g. shp2img)
- install fonts, symbols, etc.. (e.g. to /usr/local/share/mapserver)
- setup and offline temporary directory
And much, much more! This ticket is so we don't lose the idea. Optimistically setting to the 6.0 milestone.
