Description
Right now the driver uses kml_include_items. We should add the possiblity to support:
- kml/ows/gml_include_items
- kml/ows/gml_[item_name]_alias
- kml/ows/gml_exclude_items

add kml/ows/gml_exclude_items r11468. Need to have a common function with others such as GML. This to be done later.
