Label Min/Max Scale for Classes

Steve, what would you think of this addition?

I'd rather see minscaledenom/maxscaledenom implemented at the labelObj level rather than the class. It would allow us to simplify our keywords. I think this is compatible with the object referencing scheme we talked about at the sprint as well.
