Missing dd in SIZEUNITS documentation

Description

dd is valid as map UNITS but it doesn't appear in SIZEUNITS documentation. I have tried and dd seems a valid unit.

Encouraging the use of dd as sizeunits does not seem like a good idea to me. If there are no convincing use cases, I suggest that this is left undocumented.
