Description
Steve, can you create a favicon for the MapServer logo (folded map)?
This is from the Sphinx docs:
# html_favicon # The name of an image file (within the static path) to use as favicon of the # docs. This file should be a Windows icon file (.ico) being 16x16 or 32x32 # pixels large.

The detailed map didn't translate well to an icon that small so I created a separate svg file just this purpose and filled the map folds with solid colors from the main logo. Looks pretty nice I think...
Anyway the ico file and the conf.py changes have been made in trunk and in the 5.6 branch. I've attached the source .svg file and resulting .ico file here for completeness. My production steps were Inkscape -> .png (transparent) -> .ico (via http://www.convertico.com/).
