Description
If the version and service parameters are not present or set to an empty value in a WFS request, the server should assume that they are set respectively to '1.1.0' and 'wfs'.

Thank you Tom, I was looking for this bug but could not find it. I was checking for 'wfs', 'wms' and 'sos' string.
I added 'export MS_MODE=ows' in my wrapper but it doesn't change the response. Hmmm!

#2531 is not fully implemented yet. That probably explains why your test didn't work.
