WFS 1.1 bbox allows an option srs parameter

Description
According to the wfs 1.1 specs, the BBOX parameter allows an option srs parameter beside the usual lower and upper coordinates (ref OGC 04-094 section 14.3.2). We currently do not support the srs parameter.

Note: the spec says that "if the crsuri is not specified then the 2-D coordinates shall be specified using decimal degrees and WGS84". Until now bbox has to be given in the <DefaultSRS>. This will be very confusing. When following the spec, could MapServer check if bbox is not WGS84 (and no crs given) and then suggest DefaultSRS?
