The MINSIZE and MAXSIZE STYLE and CLASS parameter docs aren't very clear. They should contain a reference to the fact that the parameters are intended for use together with the LAYER's SCALEDENOM parameter... and this parameter contains more information about the feature.
Note there are refs to MINSIZE and MAXSIZE in both the class and style docs pages, so both places need to be updated.
