Description
We found a weird behavior with labels not following lines at all. See the image.

I tested it in MS 5.4-rc2 without the REPEATDISTANCE property (since it doesn't exist in 5.4.0) and it didn't have the problem (the label followed the line). That could be a hint that the problem resides in the new REPEATDISTANCE property.

In MapServer 5.4.0 with no REPEATDISTANCE, the problem disapears.

That bug has been fixed during the implementation of the new REPEATDISTANCE feature.
