mapfile style documentation missing maxwidth

Description

We ran into a problem where lines couldn't be drawn greater than 32 pixels in width. Turns out that there is a MAXWIDTH property in STYLE that defaults to 32 (based on MS_MAXSYMBOLWIDTH in mapserver.h) that can be changed. Suggest that this property be documented, and also the default value.
