mapserv 5.4.0-rc2 don't generate png/map, opensuse 11.1 x86_64, gcc 4.3.3

Has this been taken to MapServer-Users? Should really start there before filing a bug I think.

problem was php.ini

==> so no problem with mapserver 5.4
