Great offset in conversion

Description
HI, I used mapserver (i know it uses proj4 to do this) to translate WGS84 data in UTM32 ED50. I compared the outputs with other conversion tools like Oracle Spatial and Geotools. I always obtained and offset of more than 100m, as shown below WGS84 (43.82785, 11.16217) Oracle (4855222.02796736 673936.770861242) Geotools (4855222.270847487,673933.6868168702) Proj4 (4855113.67 673860.23)
Is there a bug in this kind of projection?

This is really a question for the Proj.4 folks although you might start with the MapServer mailing list where some of those guys hang out. For now this is invalid with regards to MapServer.
