As per rfc48 getGeomTransform/setGeomTransform have been exposed to the SWIG API which should also be added to the PHP API and the documentation see r9653 and r9654

Fixed for trunk and 6.0 PHP documentation in r11988. Added setgeomtransform and getgeomtransform (without explanation) to the style object.
