WFS request with containing Filter encoding gives inconsistent result

I have done 18 tests on MapServer 5.2.0 (with PropertyIsEqualTo? and/or PropertyIsLike? and/or BBOX with an without <AND> node). I have also test matchCase.

It works better than WMS requests with SLD, but...

Filter is not applied when requests contains AND node and one PropertyIsEqualTo/PropertyIsLike without BBOX. I have 2 errors with PropertyIsEqualTo :

• without AND and without BBOX,
• with AND and with BBOX.
