Description
When we have a problem and want to get the attention of MapServer community, the shp2img can do things easy. The best MapServer debugging tool is shp2img because it removes web server complications. Using the simplest mapfile that produces the error, demonstrate that shp2img fails to create the expected map image before submitting an error report. That's ok. But when we want catch the outputs of this debugging we become stuck because there are no method valid on win32 I tried unsuccesfully use the clip.exe from Win2003 Server and the syntax "shp2img (parameters) > output.txt So I suggesting a good enhacement for the shp2img A new switch like "-f output debug messages to file" thanks for the atention

From a DOS window, you can choose Menu/Edit/Mark, select the area, then Menu/Edit/Copy and this would copy the output.
