When a GetFeature with an "overlap" spatial filter that defines a geometry that overlaps an existing shape, must trigger a response from the server that returns this shape

Description
A GetFeature resquest sent to a WFS 1.0.0 server, that contains an "overlap" spatial filter that overlaps an existing shape, must trigger a response that contains this shape.
The relevant tests are:
