empty imagemap with mapserver 4.10.0

Description

As discribed in ​http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A2=ind0610&L=MAPSERVER-USERS&D=0&P=34432 there is still a problem with php-mapscript and the imagemap output driver. The generated output is mostly: <map name="ttmap" width="550" height="370"> </map> and sometimes correct when the amount of the related spatial objects was reduced.

Until mapserver 4.8.1 everything worked fine. The problem exists in MS4W_1.6 and also in compiled versions from source distributions under Linux.
