Filter WFS Server Version 4.10

Description 

When I include filter in version 4.10 I always obtain missing (in version 4.8 
he is correct): 

Example construction filter: 
filter=<Filter><PropertyIsEqualTo><PropertyName>MAPA</PropertyName><Literal>8</
Literal></PropertyIsEqualTo></Filter>

Example result:
- <gml:boundedBy>
  <gml:null>missing</gml:null> 
  </gml:boundedBy>
  </wfs:FeatureCollection>

 If you provide me with sample map and data  I can do the tests locally. My test
cases for the <PropertyIsEqualTo> works using the latest mapserver.
