The MapServer OGC Web Services Workshop URL has changed.

Can we have all MapServer documentation which points to this (i.e. all the OGC
docs, etc.) changed from:

http://devgeo.cciw.ca/ms_ogc_workshop/index.html

OR

http://devgeo.cciw.ca/ms_ogc_workshop/

to:

http://ms-ogc-workshop.maptools.org/
