[MapServer-msautotest]line thichness changes in image generated by WMS getmap request with a sld

On Windows, thichness of some lines changes in response to a WMS getmap request
along with sld parameters compared to the expected result.  There are three maps
in wxs directory concerned by this issue:

wms_get_map_multi_layers_one_sld_on_all_layers.png
wms_get_map_multi_layers_one_sld_on_one_layer.png
wms_get_map_line_multi_symbol_text_sld.png

I will attach the expected and the actual result.

I think these are just floating point quirkyness. 

I'll close unless you think someone (Assefa?) needs to look more closely.
