[MapServer-msautotest]Small shift with the top right and bottom left pixels

Description 

If we compare the actual and the expected results output by reproj.map (in gdal
directory) you notice that the top right pixels are shifted upward and the
bottom left pixels are shifted downward.  Could you confirm that this behaviour
is correct?

I believe this is some sort of subtle floating point rounding issue and I 
don't think the differences are significant.
