No documentation visible in German part of website

If I enter the documentation part of the mapserver website with a user-agent
which prefers "de" (German) over "en", then the only thing visible is:

Es sind Objekte dieser Art enthalten, aber nicht sichtbar aufgrund ihrer
Berechtigungseinstellungen.

(which means roughly "There are objects of this type but not visible because of
your permissions").

I don't expect any documentation in German. But it's not possible to switch to
English documentation at all. So clicking on the English translatation on the
Home page and then clicking on the documentation link will give me the same result.
