internal server error on GetMap request — at Initial Version

Description 

Using Mapserver 4.8.1 this all works fine. But with 4.8.3 Mapserver crashes and
produces an internal server error.

I will attach the shapefile used, the MAP file used for the testcase, and the
symbolset as well.
