Description 

The detailed PostGIS messages are very nice, but the reference a non-existant 
documention page on the Refractions site.

http://postgis.refractions.net/documentation.php should be 
http://postgis.refractions.net/documentation/

Either we change the code (perhaps to point just to the top level PostGIS 
site?) or Refractions handles via web magic.
