[MS Website] Main Doc page sections

The main doc page (http://ms.gis.umn.edu/docs) has the following for sections in
the body of the page:

  faq  | howto | tutorial

  link | error | glossary


however listed in the menu on the left of the page is:

  references
  howto
  faq
  tutorials
  errors
  links 
  glossary


The problem is that all of the links on the left menu are not in the body
("References" for example).  I think the body of the page should be in the same
order as the menu links:

  references | howtos | faq
  tutorials  | errors | links
  glossary


In fact i propose this new structure for the order, for both the left menu and
the body of Documentation:

  references
  howtos
  tutorials
  faq
  links 
  errors
  glossary

and for the body:

  references | howtos | tutorials
  faq        | links  | errors
  glossary

i would prefer an attempt to reorder.

If it's not possible then i can live with the current state.
