1509,Incomplete extent of raster after reprojection - corner missing,jdelfos@…,warmerdam,"{{{
When reprojecting a raster on-the-fly, a corner of the image disappears. It
seems that the image gets cropped too much prior to reprojecting, such that the
distortion by the reprojection causes it not to cover the entire map image
anymore. The original raster is in an LCC projection. The problem occurs when
projecting to UTM or Geographic LL. Image format is ecw, but it also occurs as
TIFF. The problem exists in mapserver 4.4 and 4.6, using gdal 1.2.6 and 1.3.1.

The distortion after reprojection is not unreasonably large, and should be
acceptable, because the extent falls within the zone it is projected to, which
falls within the geographic extent of the projected image (Australia).

I'm attaching a mapfile, with a downsampled version of the image. The problem is
reproducable with these files, using the shp2img command in the file
""SHP2IMG_CALL.TXT"".
