remove deprecation of bitmap fonts with agg

    297297and RGBA will liekly only be supported with AGG

    299 PIXMAP fonts with the AGG renderer fall back to GD. This fails to produce 
    300 correct results if using RGBA imagemode. Pixmap font support with the AGG 
    301 renderer will soon be deprecated, and has been left in the 5.0 release  
    302 for conveniency.
