With a clean new Server 2003 install (and an upgrade to .net 2.0) the default .net version on IIS can still be 1.1.  All the .net Web tests fail.

Post .net 2.0 install you can run a manual ""aspnet_regiis -i"" but perhaps the installer should force a .net 2.0 registration on the MapGuide folders with something like: 

aspnet_regiis -s W3SVC/1/ROOT/MapGuide
