Description
In a production environment, it would often be desirable to perform tile seeding on dedicated hardware. In this case, connecting directly to the Server would mean that the user would not have to configure the MapGuide web tier on these dedicated PCs, and it may also remove some overhead associated with HTTP connections.

Fixed in r3873.
I was unable to obtain the CCLA, so I deleted the original changes, and re-developed the fix.

I have fixed this, but it awaits legal stuff.
It does require that the client installation also has the Mg*.dll files from the MapGuide installation, as well as the webconfig.ini file.
