Allow DPI setting for GetLegendImage

Description
Would be appreciable to have the ability to set DPI Resolution for GetLegendImage(), like it can be done for GetMapImage(). Now the Dpi resolution is set to 96 (I believe) and resulting Legend look Ugly. Otherwise would it be good to increase this resolution value.
