Task Pane initial url does not receive MAPNAME request parameter on first load.

Description
If you load the AJAX viewer with an initial task page defined, that task page won't receive the MAPNAME parameter on the first load.
However going back to the initial task url via the home button on the task pane, it will then have the MAPNAME parameter.
The initial task url should receive the same set of request parameters on first load as it does when you go back to it via the home button on the task pane.
