Fusion: ApplicationDefinition resources do not load if its resource id has spaces.

Description
When you create a new ApplicationDefinition? (by hand or with Studio 2009 beta) it will fail on an epic level if any of the following are true:
- The name of the ApplicationDefinition? has spaces. - Any folders or parent folders of that ApplicationDefinition? has spaces.
You will get the following effect on the following templates when you load them:
Slate: Error message: Fusion.getWidgetById("Navigator") has no properties TurquoiseYellow?: Same as slate Maroon: Base layout loads, but all maps and containers are blank Aqua: Same as maroon. LimeGold?: Same as maroon.
