Description
Due to the adoption of MapGuideRfc166, we will no longer need to produce a 32-bit windows installer, thus we no longer need to keep 32-bit binary artifacts of:
- Apache
- Tomcat
- PHP
- Visual C++ 2012/2015 redistributable
