Recover user-friendly message in AjaxViewer when losing connection

Description

There once was a user-friendly message in AjaxViewer when the MapGuide session has expired or the connection to the server has been lost. It would be nice, when we could recover this message as there are some scenarios where silent errors occur like:

  • MapGuide Service down (maintenance, failure, restart, etc.)
  • IIS stopped
  • StandBy mode of the client computer (SESSIONTIMEOUT-request cannot be send from browser)
  • broken network connection

The user-friendly message was introduced in MGOS 2.2 with ​RFC66 and is missing in all post releases.
