Description
When we make the tarball for MapGuide Linux installers, we're packaging up the full path from /
We should be tar-ing everything from /usr/local/mapguideopensource-x.y.z to potentially allow for alternate installation paths

Various config files in httpd/php include the full absolute path, so there is no real practical point to try for relative path packaging.
