New Resource Dialog: Add filter to show latest schema version only

Add a filter to the New Resource Dialog that only shows the latest schema versions of each resource type.

I was about to open a ticket but think it would have been duplication so will add some support to this. The 'New Resource' dialog could do with a rethink. Some things to consider:

I still end up constantly updating resources because finding the latest for my server version is more time consuming.

• As Maestro knows the current server version (if one connection open) it should offer the relevant schema versions.

• Change the multi-select (left-hand list) to a large icon list - making it easy to pick a version. Latest at the top and a default set (see above)

• The Templates list is too complicated. For a particular server version what I want to see is instead of categorised by templates, categorised by type and showing not the new templates for that version but the *latest* valid in all types for that version.

For example if I am on MapGuide OS 2.2 I would see:

• Feature Source
• Vector Layer Definition (v1.3)
• Web Layout (v1.1)

(etc)

• Possibly below this (hidden or collapsed by default) would be older (valid) versions of the templates accessible only if required.
