Description

The properties UI in the AJAX viewer has some quirks and could provider a better experience.

1) When the WebLayout is first loaded, if the width is less than about 20px then the properties are not displayed for selected objects, even when the width of the properties panel is expanded. Observed in IE9.

2) When the properties panel has been above about 20px in width and then contracted or minimised the object selection causes the drop-down feature type and count interfaces to appear floating on the map Observed in IE9 and Chrome 20.
