Paraffin needs to include all directories under .svn

Description
Paraffin is currently omitting empty directories under .svn
Not only does this fail to constitute a working directory for svn clients, but its suggested remedy (cleanup working copy) also fails due to a requiring directory that is omitted due to being empty (.svn/tmp)
Paraffin needs to be patched so that these empty directories are included.
