Description
The build.bat and build64.bat files should skip building Common.sln
The Server and WebTier solutions will build the shared component projects under MgDev/Common anyway, so building Common.sln is superfluous.
But mainly this is to workaround #1803, which has rendered Common.sln un-buildable
