Login problem MapGuide 1.2 Beta 2

Description
After removing MapGuide 1.1, and removing folder from the C:\Program Files\MapGuideOpenSource, I installed MapGuide 1.2 Beta 2.
I cannot login to the Site Admin, and restarting the service does not help.
Changing the ASP.NET version of the "MapGuide" folder in IIS, solves the problem. I have no clue as to why, since the Site Admin is running php.
Also, the ASP.NET version was set to 1.1, which does not work. I don't know if it is possible to set the .Net version in IIS from the installer.

Perhaps a restart of IIS solves the problem?
If anyone has the problem, could you try to restart IIS to see if the problem gets fixed?
