Mapbender - logging the MapRequests from the guis in the table mb_log

Description

create an element "log_requests" which you can add to a gui you like. If this element is present, after each MapRequest? an SQL is send to the server which logs the Request.

It would be nice to get this service by adding this element to a gui. Another solution would be to define a new variable in the mapbender.conf to define wether you want a logging or not.
